Jason went to his first week long scout camp without James. He came home as high as a kite he had had sooooo much fun. He also came home with the worst sunburn I have ever seen. The funny thing was that his sunscreen bottle was completely empty.
Ashley read a book where the girl made a big deal of watching the sun rise on the winter solstice so she wanted to watch the sun rise for the summer solstice. So we all got up at 5:30 and headed to the baseball park to watch the sunrise. It was a lot of fun, a beautiful day and a beautiful sunrise.
James took us to Village Inn for breakfast after. Then we all came home and took a nap.(Except Ashley)
Someone took some pictures at the dance rehearsal and posted them on face book so I snatched them. This is Ashley in her ballet ending pose. They danced to the frog prince. It is such a cute, amazing dance. They got a lot of applause.
This is Allison. They are leprechauns. The theme of the recital is Fables, Folklore, and Fairytales.
He is doing great. We got to talk to him for over an hour last night while he was waiting for his flight to Washington DC. His mission president called us today and said that he arrived. They ate breakfast at Ihop then all went back to the mission home for a nap(their flight left at midnight). He was then going to meet his new companion and get to work. His first P-day is tomorrow.
Jenny and Jon and their family surprised us by showing up before church. It was fun to have all the from Utah cousins here also. Jarin was a little afraid he may die while giving his talk. He did a very nice job.
He did not die and now it is off to Washington DC!!!
Ashley performed in the ballet Alice this weekend. She was a red rose. Her friend Bailey was a bee. They did a fabulous job. It was a very fun experience.
